
Here's another super easy and delicious recipe from me. You know that salmon is one of the best ways to supply omega-3 fatty acids to your body and to reduce the risk of a heart attack. Moreover, salmon is not only healthy but also delicious.

Baked salmon with cream and spices - ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (700gr)
1 pack sour cream
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
squeezed lemon juice, black pepper, oregano and salt to taste


Preparation (~ 1hour 30min):
Gently rub the salt, pepper and oregano over salmon and spread the lemon juice. Store in refrigerator for 20min. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.



Before baking spread the sour cream over the fish and sprinkle lightly with spices. Bake uncovered, approximately 45min to 200 degrees until cream on top becomes gold.

Hi Sany! Yep, of course I do, sounds very delicious! Even though Im vegetarian, I still eat some type of fish and salmon is actually my fav. I never tried in this way though, I usually prepare it so simple but is also little sad :P The cream makes it more scrumptious and tasty, yummy! Have a lovely week ahead! xo
