Summer is not over yet

Hello, guys! I am back from a short holiday in Parga, an ancient town in northwestern Greece. After 10 hours of driving, we finally got there. The first thing we wanted to do was to go to the beach. Luckily, Valtos beach was 5min away from the place where we stayed...

The things I needed were warm sea water, sand under my feet, beautiful sunset and a cold beer...

Just after sunset, we went for a walk in town...

Pretty colourful houses on the hill, smelling flowers and warm air reminded me of what it felt like to be in Greece. Lefkada island is around 70km away from Parga, the coastal city Igoumenitsa is very close as well, and the islands Paxos and Antipaxos are just an hour away by boat. We visited them and I have some photos to share with you.

  8. You drove 10 hours to get to this beautiful place? That's worth it. I love the colourful pretty house sitting on the hill by the water. They are different from those pristine white ones that people usually associate with Greece. Everywhere bloggers getting ready for autumn but for you, it looks like summer is still lingering.
