Budapest trip - part 2

We started the next day with a delicious breakfast and coffee

After that we headed up to the other part of the city - Buda

View from The Citadel

We had trdelnik (a traditional Slovak-Czech-Hungarian cake)

Fisherman's Bastion

Hero's Square

The Hungarian Parliament

The last two days of our stay were devoted to walks around the Danube. I dared to shoot with a bow and arrow, but I couldn't make it; we had trdelnik, went sight-seeing and after our daily walk that was really exhausting we had a couple of drinks in some of the central restaurants. Budapest is a very beautiful city, but during our stay there it was extremely cold!

  2. Love these photos, my sister lives in Austria and Budapest is very close, so these photos are very familiar. Thanks for sharing. Have a nice weekend.

  3. I love the photos. I can imagine that winters are cold there, so if I visit it would be during summer.
